We’re back at Canuck Empire Brewing in Abbotsford for another Ramen Pop-Up Night next Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 where we’ll be slinging bowls of our Miso Tori Paitan Ramen!
This bowl uses a special blend of 3 types of Japanese miso paste combined with our creamy chicken broth to make for an ultra-rich and velvety soup packed with umami! Complete with our own handmade thin noodles, torched pork belly chashu, green onions, our classic marinated egg, spicy roasted corn and our in-house chili oil.
Also on the menu will be our Chicken Karaage – served with yuzu mayo, it’s the perfect pairing for a cold, crispy Canuck Empire brew.
