Ramen Night at Canuck Empire Brewing!

Join us at Canuck Empire Brewing in Abbotsford on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026 between 5pm and 9pm for a beer and a bowl of our Miso Tori Paitan Ramen!

This bowl uses a special blend of 3 types of Japanese miso paste combined with our creamy chicken broth to make for an ultra-rich and velvety soup packed with umami! Complete with our own handmade thin noodles, torched pork belly chashu, green onions, our classic marinated egg, spicy roasted corn and our in-house chili oil.

We’re also going to be serving up our house-made Pork & Veggie Gyozas, which pair perfectly with a cold, crispy Canuck Empire brew.

Allergens: gluten, wheat, sesame, eggs, soy, fish. One ticket is good for one bowl. No substitutions.

Our in-house, handmade Gyoza, with a pork and chopped vegetable filling. Filled, wrapped, and pan-fried to order, then topped with green onions, roasted sesame seeds, and soy sauce. Soft and juicy on the inside, and crispy on the outside!
