Ramen Pop-Up Ticket – June 14th, 2025

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be teaming up with our friends at The Pastry Portal on Saturday, June 14th, to bring you a night filled with tasty ramen, sweet treats, and refreshing drinks!

We’ll be serving up bowls of our Tokusei Chicken Shoyu Ramen — based on our clear chicken broth and seasoned with an in-house blend of the finest Japanese soy sauces we can get our hands on. Each bowl comes with our handmade noodles, slices of both our torched pork belly chashu and sous-vide pork shoulder, a marinated egg, green onions, menma (bamboo shoots), and a kogashi topping (fried onion/garlic/ginger mixed with a touch of spice and some roasted sesame seeds — just for that little extra kick!).

Allergens: gluten, wheat, eggs, sesame, soy, fish. One ticket is good for one bowl. No substitutions.
