Join us at Canuck Empire Brewing in Abbotsford on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026 between 5pm and 9pm for a beer and a bowl of our Chicken Shoyu Ramen!
This bowl is based on our clear chicken broth and seasoned with an in-house blend of the finest Japanese soy sauces we can get our hands on. Each bowl comes with our handmade noodles, slices of both our torched pork belly chashu, a marinated egg, green onions, menma (bamboo shoots), and a kogashi topping (fried onion/garlic/ginger mixed with a touch of spice and some roasted sesame seeds — just for that little extra kick!).
We’re also going to be serving up our house-made Pork & Veggie Gyozas, which pair perfectly with a cold, crispy Canuck Empire brew.
Allergens: gluten, wheat, sesame, eggs, soy, fish. One ticket is good for one bowl. No substitutions.
