Ramen Pop-Up Ticket – April 7th, 2026

We’re back at Canuck Empire Brewing in Abbotsford for another Ramen Pop-Up Night next Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 where we’ll be slinging bowls of our Tantan Mazesoba!

This bowl starts with ramen noodles coated with a creamy, savoury, slightly-spicy-slightly-sweet-slightly-sour sesame sauce, topped with a chicken nikumiso that is stir-fried in an aromatic oil made from scallions, garlic, and ginger, along with miso paste, soy sauce, and sake. Then, the bowl is finished with some fresh baby bok choy, green onions, crushed peanuts, a lime wedge, and our in-house chili oil (can be made less spicy upon request).

Allergens: gluten, wheat, sesame, peanuts, eggs, soy, fish. One ticket is good for one bowl. No substitutions.
