Join us at Canuck Empire Brewing in Abbotsford on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 between 5pm and 9pm for a beer and a bowl of our brand new Toasted Shoyu Tori Paitan!
This bowl starts with our rich, creamy, and savoury chicken-based tori paitan soup and is seasoned with our toasted shoyu (soy sauce) tare and garlic aroma oil. The soup is accompanied by sous-vide pork shoulder chashu, which is cooked for 12-hours to yield soft, juicy, and flavorful slices that still have some bite. And to round things out, we’ve topped the bowl with menma (bamboo shoots), a marinated egg, red onions, and green onions.
Allergens: gluten, wheat, milk, eggs, sesame, soy, fish. One ticket is good for one bowl. No substitutions.
