Chicken Shoyu Ramen Kit

This bowl is based on our clear chicken broth and seasoned with an in-house blend of the finest Japanese soy sauces we can get our hands on. Each bowl comes with our handmade noodles, slices of our 12-hour sous-vide pork shoulder, a marinated egg, green onions, menma (bamboo shoots), and a kogashi topping (fried onion/garlic/ginger mixed with a touch of spice and some roasted sesame seeds — just for that little extra kick!).
